Our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Orders (Within India) include the option for Cash On Delivery with an associated fee of Rs. 100. Sindur Uniforms takes responsibility for the delivery of products (for orders valued at more than 500 INR) to all cities across India at our expense. For paid orders within India, processing will take 8-10 business days, while Cash Delivery orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 10-15 business days. Shipping will be handled by a domestic courier company. After dispatch, you will receive an email containing the Airway number or docket number to track your order. For the sake of secure delivery, every item is packaged twice in a water-resistant and corrugated box.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1.1 Cancellation:
(a) Once you receive confirmation of your order, it cannot be canceled.
(b) However, if we are unable to provide stitching service, we will contact you and offer a full refund as per our refund policy.
(c) If we have picked up materials from you to stitch, we will deliver them back to you at no extra cost if the order is canceled.
(d) We reserve the right to cancel your order in certain circumstances, such as if the address is outside our serviceable area, if we can't contact you, or if you fail to provide necessary information.
1.2 Refunds:
(a) You are entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order and if any of the following circumstances occur: your order packaging is damaged, we cancel your order due to our service area limitations or inability to process your order, or if we cancel your order due to vendor unavailability.
(b) Refunds are at our discretion and final.
(c) Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-4 business days, per your bank's terms.
1.3 Payment at Delivery:
(a) You will not be required to pay for damaged packaging, wrong orders, missing items, or damage to materials or measurement dresses provided by you, up to Rs. 500.
(b) No refunds will be issued for personalized or customized products or products delivered outside India.

(a) We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.

We provide two ways to customise uniforms upon additional request:
- Embroidery
- For Scrub Suits and Doctor's Coats, please provide individual names and designations.
- We offer embroidery of hospital/clinic logos for orders of 100 units or more.
- Labels
- Customers who order over 500 units can get a woven label featuring their hospital/clinic logo attached to the first uniform in their order, with the remaining labels given to the customer for self-affixing.
